How much of the decor around your house is there…just because?
Not because it’s meaningful. Not because it adds pizazz. Not because it’s useful. Not because it’s always been there.
Perhaps your home is ready for a magazine photo shoot, and every item is placed with precision. If so, you are probably in the minority.
For the rest of us, our goal for today’s Declutter Your Home series is simple: to get rid of one piece of decor.

HOW TO DECLUTTER DECORATIONS >>>
To decide what doesn’t belong in your home anymore, walk around to each room and ask yourself the following questions:
- Is it useful?
- Is it beautiful?
- Is it meaningful?
If you answered no to those questions, ask the following:
- Has it run its course?
- Is it out of style?
- Does it make the room cluttered?
If you answered yes to any of those questions, CONGRATULATIONS…you found your item!
Decor is one of those things that’s easy to ignore. We get used to a piece and never move it out. But today is different. We are going to streamline and declutter the decor around the house!
